Appointments Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available. Since this time is reserved for you, we request at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We have a 24 hours answering service. House calls are available if medically necessary.



Lebanon office hours are Monday and Wednesdays 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 12 noon.

Washington Office Hours are Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
